Kiss & Tell?

Ok bizarre thing happened just now..

I was on YouTube watching snippets from Koffee with Karan (the upcoming episode with Karisma, Kareena and Shahid looks hilarious) and suddenly saw a :10 clip of Kareena and Shahid kissing. Not just kissing - the camera focused on their lips and lots of tongue.

This seems rather bizarre to me - can such Paris Hilton-esque things be true in Bollywood? I know that there's a ruckus going on right now about the pair suing a paper for printing fake photos of them smooching in public, but a video?
